There’s a CCTV screen in this place, maybe it’s from the bad old days of Cabramatta. I have to choose between 1. watching myself eat pork and prawn fresh rice paper rolls, 2. watching community TV showing«Behind the Scenes» in Vietnamese, or 3. watching the ultra violet fly zapper. And the Oscar goes to… the envelope please… That knucklehead at table 3 ! — for his moving comedic performance in «How to Eat a Half a Fresh Roll Covered in Peanut Sauce in One Go Even Though Its Bigger Than Your Cakehole» Woo hoo. Soon I will have eaten at more than ten Vietnamese places in Cabramatta. I dont think I’ve even scratched the surface. This place is food heaven and the Rice Paper Rolls I had today are the best I’ve ever had. I saw this place on some foodies«Ten top food experiences in Sydney». He was right, the do it yourself vietnamese rolls are fantastic, I even watched a table of kids making them. The food and service here is pure Gold Logie stuff, but the entertainment is atrocious !

The customer service in this place is very good and very quick too. We ordered beef noodle soup, crispy fried chicken, and some kind of make your own spring roll thing. After we ordered, it only took them less than 10 minutes to serve our order. I was impressed since they have lots of customers to be serve. I thought it was only us, but when I was watching them serves other customers they were really quick. The food that we ordered tasted really good. The beef noodle soup that I ordered really taste good, it’s not that oily like some other noodle soup that I had tasted. And I really like the make your own spring roll thing, I guess that dish is famous in that place since most tables I saw has it. And the grilled shrimp/fish cake on it was really awesome. You must really try it. That’s the only unusual dish I saw on a Phở restaurant. The crispy chicken was also good, but I guess it’s too common. The prices are reasonable, it’s not to high it’s not too low, it’s just alright. This place is at Cabramatta market, so expect that it’s a busy place. There’s no parking on the street so you gotta park on the nearest parking lot.
