Good vibes, good people and amazing food! The only way to spend your sunny midweek! Did someone say pork-belly and waffles!!! Such a chilled out morning in Melbourne, the food is spectacular and the vibes are even better! #EchoTree

Came here with a mate and got pork belly waffles as we never heard of pork belly with waffles. The waffles come out with no pork belly and after 1 minute, the waiter comes back and takes it back and fixes the mistake. Presentation looked alright, but after taking a bite of the food, the pork belly was a bit dry. The coffees were great and so was the banana & passion fruit smoothie! Overall, it was a very average experience.

Great coffee, generous portion and friendly staff makes this a great brunch spot. We loved the philly steak, pulled pork and pork belly sandwich and will be back for more!

One of the best late night meals we had in NY. The burgers are great, and the shoestrings fries. And the cocktails… We will be back!

I ate the pork belly benedict with apple hollandaise and it was so good it made me forget that my parents don’t love me.

I’m very impressed with this little place. The coffee is good as is the service and the food is excellent. I had pork belly salad and he had brisket burger — both were fantastic but I loved my salad more and it was very filling! This is my second time here and I will definitely be back!

Tried the this place on Sydney Road for a quick lunch today(have been on the way for months now) and was very impressed. We had the chicken and Harissa terrine with duck liver pâté and the Philly Cheese steak and shared it. Both were very tasty and satisfying on a cold day. The terrine comes with sourdough toast and a side of pear relish which was beautiful. The place itself is quite small but does have a little garden out back and a few tables on the street. The coffee wasn’t bad at all but not as strong as I like even though I had a double shot. Will definitely come back.

Sat in the courtyard at the back, nice atmosphere on a mild afternoon. Shared the Charcuterie Board — nice assortment of things, from duck liver pâté, olives, bread, pickles, chutney and poached pear in cinnamon. For two people we found the small size board was sufficient, we already knew about the Dough Bread with Nutella. Refreshing Pressed Watermelon with lot’s of ice. The Dough Bread with Nutella was amazing, also the Dough Bread with Jam could have had a little more jam, became a little bland and blah. Coffee was very good. Service was friendly, attentive and helpful.

I’m wondering if Two little pigs should but a «call the ambulance» clause on the bottom of their menus. The food here is quite rich and opulent, and I’m sure there’s a very fine line between over indulging and the emergency ward. First off, you’ve got filter coffee, either by chemex or aeropress. Other means of coffee are available. Second, the breakfast menu is filled with great options, perhaps even too many. When looking down upon«in a bun section» there’s many good options; Duck fat fries, Philly cheese steak, and other notable mentions. It’s a venue that fills up quickly; so be warned, and be the qaulity of the food coming out, it’s popular for a reason. Charcuterie. Awesome. Order it, and chat, then move on to something else. Window and outdoor seating available, look for the yellow charcuterie sign/building. Pretty awesome food!

Definitely go here for a lunch pit stop if shopping in the area. An interesting menu, with smooth buttery coffee, waited by friendly chatty staff and a funky, clean décor. I highly recommend the pulled lamb brioche. One of the tastiest meals I’ve had, and a nice serving size perfect for a hot Melbourne day. You can sneak right out the back for more tables.

I picked a good day to stop being a vegetarian. Two Little Pigs has everything pork, pork, pork and it is mighty good. I had a cheesy kransky dog with jalapenos and mango salsa. Just awesome. Would’ve licked the wooden board it was served on but for fear of tongue splinters. My man had a pulled pork sandwich and we split some duck fat fries. All great. Though I didn’t try any, they do have a decent looking selection of veggie and vegan options, an amount which would be impressive for any café, let alone one that specializes in pork. The décor is light and breezy, and there’s a huge patio space. Staff and location are both ace.

It was with great excitement we headed to Two Little Pigs early(ish) on a Saturday morning. The place was packed. But the staff were super friendly, took our name and got us a table within five minutes. The menu is interesting. Some classics and then some interesting twists on the classics. It was a hard choice, as is often the case when bacon and pork belly are involved. And I’m going to admit considering the menu we made some strange choices. Beef and bacon burger, which was as good as any and the interesting choice of Hot Jam Doughcakes. Pancake type doughnuts served with bacon ice cream. The stand out of the meal personally was the ice cream. But the Doughcakes were exactly that, bland doughy pancakes with a little strawberry jam. For the price, location and staff two little pigs really represents and had I made a better food choice they might have four stars. My bad. But for that reason I’ll be back, there was plenty more on the menu that had me intrigued.

Love the coffee here, and the staff members are always friendly. I’ve visited a few times already — a really nice place for breakfast, brunch or for a coffee. First time I visited I came with a big group for mid week early breakfast — food was amazing. Everyone enjoyed their dishes and their coffees. I tried the jam doughcakes and the two little pigs breakfast which was a generous serving that left us so satisfied. This time I tried their suggestion of pea and ham — the pork belly, poached eggs and pea combination was delicious! Already planning another visit to try the lunch specials and their duck fat fries. Hope to continue the great experiences I’ve had here so far!

A new favourite of mine north of the city. Two Little Pigs came to my attention after a quick browse through a recent edition of Broadsheet. It is probably the quickest to be added to and crossed off my list. I honestly think it had only been on it for a couple of days. Whenever I head home to Wangaratta, I make sure to give a few places a try on my way into and out of Melbourne. Boy am I happy I stopped here. It was lunch time in Brunswick and I was feeling peckish. I wandered into Two Little Pigs actually having no idea what kind of food they served. Never have I come across a café that specialises in both coffee and pork. It is a strange combination but definitely a good one. I had a quick browse over the impressive menu but my mind was made after the waitress announced the specials of the day. My attention was caught by a green lentil soup with olives and spetz. I had only jut made myself comfy when my lunch was laid down in front of me. It even got there before my pour over. That’s right, Two Little Pigs does filter coffee. Now, if you know me, you’ll know that I generally dedicate a paragraph per review for coffee. This café is as worthy as any for an extra detailed paragraph. They’ve got you covered espresso-wise with their house blend, although some of us like to branch out a little. They’ve also got your single-origin and decaf(death before decaf) options. Not satisfied, well how about a pour over from either Chemex or v60? Happy now, I sure am. Especially when my pour over was a delicious geisha that only coast me $ 4.50. What!?! This place is amazing. Anywho, back to lunch. The soup was delicious to the last drop and even after then I tried to soak up as much as I could with the tasty sourdough that came with it. Argh, so good. Even if you prefer the vegetarian or vegan options, Two Little Pigs still delivers. There are plenty of other tastes to choose from, rhubarb waffles, bircher, your choice. If you’re after something a little different, Two Little Pigs is for you. Never has such an odd combination been so good!
