OzSpy sold me a defective camera — it failed to install on multiple machines. This is not their fault — what was completely unacceptable was their reaction to this. The manager was extremely hostile and argumentative, and came close to calling me a liar despite having the manufacturer email stating the device was defective and should be returned. He refused to exchange it, and when I then asked for a refund he refused that too. After he realised I wasn’t leaving at this he decided to test it. His«proof» the camera worked was that it was recognised by the computers in store. Given these computers would be used for multiple cameras that use drivers that mine failed to install I do not see how this means mine actually works. We went back and forth with yes it works here, it doesn’t install there, it’s been declared faulty. Lather, rinse, repeat. He finally offered to return it to the manufacturer for me, and in the same breath said they would return it because it was not defective. I’ll buy another camera, but it certainly will not be from OzSpy.
