Meriton Serviced Apartments – Broadbeach

The best serviced apartment establishment in Australia IMO! Stayed in World Towers in Sydney and now Broadbeach in GC and both were FAB! Just wished they had one in every city but good news is that they’ll be building one in Melbourne soon :)

I’m going to update my review already (2 weeks since my last trip and review), because I’ve moved into a 1BR, rather than the studio. And wow, what a difference a few extra squares (& floors make)!
Instead of looking at the kitchen while sleeping, I’ve now got a separate bedroom, bathroom, laundry, study, kitchen and lounge. The balcony runs the size of the lounge & bedroom, the shower is bigger (& isn’t one of the ones that makes the entire bathroom a wet room by facing the nozzle at the non sealed door) and even has a bath! All for $ 600 for 3 nights on the weekend of the GC 600 — bargain!
To top it off, I was in a studio Thursday night, Friday @ 7am I went to reception to ask about extending my stay, as they only had 1BR apartments free, and I had a 1BR booked for the following Tuesday, the guy on reception sorted it all on the spot and I could move into my new room immediately, and stay into my already booked nights without having to move.
Now that’s what I call service (especially as I was a little hungover and packing my clothes in a respectable fashion to store for the day wasn’t going to happen).
