Subway… If only your service matched your lovely fresh bread smell. I’ve been here twice. Both before work, so somewhere between 7am and 8am. Both times, no white bread was ready. Con. I don’t know whether this means I missed the rush and they were out, or they hadn’t made any yet. Either way, slack. Pro. My lady and I shared a bacon and egg $ 5 foot long, which is a super cheap breakfast. Con. Service wasn’t great. Both times, different staff, kept having to be reminded what we had asked for. Because remembering to wrap to halves separately is just that extra bit too far. Pro. They let us wrap the foot long separately. Con. They no longer use real egg. Sure this may have been for ages, but I’ve really not been that frequently. Mm side note: Subway in London is real nice. Their BBQ sauce is spicy. Great with the meatballs. All in all, I’m underwhelmed. Only go back because it’s conveniently located and priced. Unless you don’t have a better option, or of course are craving Subway, I wouldn’t bother.
