Very nice find!
+ GREAT location in the Central Business District. Within walking distance from shopping, restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, parks, bus stops, etc.
+ Pool on the 4^th floor. Perhaps because we were visiting in winter, we usually had the pool to ourselves, which was great. Relatively shallow for much of the pool (only a meter) which worked out perfectly for our 4 year old twins. Fun area with jetted water. Warm water vents located around the pool were great to gather around when the outside temperature dropped. Nice large table to have a meal or snack outdoors (with a nice view of the city). A barbecue grill is also available for use should you desire. We actually considered the idea of grilling poolside. Perhaps if were staying longer than a few days, and during warmer months, we would have done it.
+ Staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Even when dealing with a group of rude and unruly guests, they were professional and deal with the matter immediately.
+ Apartments were serviced everyday.
+ Apartments were large, clean and nicely decorated. We had the two bedroom/​two bathroom unit with full kitchen, living area, dining area, washer/​dryer, and patio with dining table.

We would not hesitate to stay at the Oaks Hotel on our next holiday in Brisbane and would highly recommend them to anyone.
