Amazing breakfast! Reasonably priced, lovely staff. I had the banana and strawberry pancakes with maple syrup and have been craving them since. Definitely give this place a go if you can.

Reliable coffee spot in QLD Govt district. Unfortunately it can be a lucky dip of coffee temperature. I burned my mouth on first sip of coffee even though it was at least 5 mins before I took a sip. Most other times it has been ok though. Great choice of take-away and eat in lunch options.

The State Govt district of Brisbane’s CBD is at saturation point with coffee shops and take aways. Coffee Depot is one of the better ones. The coffee is decent — I’ve never had burnt milk here, and iced lattes are made on request. Prices are on par with other coffee shops in the area so I would recommend this over its neighbouring shops. Food — the menu varies seasonally and they offer weekly specials. I for one am looking forward to winter and the return of porridge on the breakfast menu. Muffins are a bit hit & miss. The couscous roast veg salad is one of my favourite lunch options — well seasoned and balanced flavours. If you’d like lunch with me, suggest this place and I’ll be there!
