Bianco Bar Dining

Been a dozen times now and almost every time they have stuffed mine or my friends’ orders up, overcharged or had slow and rude service.

I was a little dubious at first. We sat and could hear Bianco’s music along with the restaurant next door. The waiter didn’t mind at all with a request to turn the music down.
The seafood pot is a must for seafood lovers on a cooler night. Filled with prawns, calamari, scallops, mussels and fish. The chef was not shy at all. I loved it and I’m pretty critical.
My friend had the barramundi and enjoyed her meal just much.
Highly recommend Bianco’s!

If you’re a fan of crepes head to Bianco. They are perfectly prepared and extremely delicious. The nutella & banana crêpe is devine!
I’ve eaten here on many occasions for breakfast and lunch and have always left satisfied.
Parking is free and convenient in the Novotel parking lot. If you stay longer than the allotted free time, have your ticket validated at the restaurant.
A star was deducted for a consistently rude waiter who serves you but would rather be somewhere else.

This place is so good, a local fave of mine. So good I am having a function there. The chefs and staff are extremely passionate about what they do. Their passion is infectious. The chef Luca is from Rome and is extremely helpful and a highly skilled professional chef with years of experience under his belt from all over the world. I would recommend this place for functions or special nights out. The food is always consistent. Service very high quality/​fine dining. Highly trained staff it is certainly one of the more up market places to eat and enjoy in Brighton. They offer excellent packages for functions such as birthdays, engagements etc etc. Looking forward to heading back there soon. They are a flexible team willing to ensure your night goes amazingly smooth. Great bar service and very good wine & spirit selections. I felt I was getting very good value for money and enjoyed the Bianco experience.
