Sorry Big W in Box Hill, you have a lot of work to do. I came in to purchase a cot mattress advertised in the catalogue. $ 70 mattress down from $ 99. The greeter was friendly but that’s where the fun stops. There are two baby sections for some reason. One in the middle and one on the far side. I checked both places but no sign of mattresses. I asked two employees who were hanging baby clothes but alas, they didn’t know (even though they’re working in the baby section). Went to customer service where Ron who absolutely no help. Asked the greeter if he knew where the mattresses were. Called a few people who didn’t know. Finally asked me if I’d like to try other locations. Yes! Doncaster please. He then asks me to go to another section so I can call. Um, no thanks! That’s usually what customer service is for… there weren’t even any customers waiting behind me. Fail.
