Hello I’m Gail and welcome to Heart and Soul Healing.

I am a certified Reiki Master/​Teacher, Holistic Counsellor, Complementary Therapist and Spiritual Medium. I am a Member of the Australian Reiki Connection (ARC) and a Professional Teaching Member of the Association of Australian Reiki Professionals (AARP). I am also a member of The Australian Holistic Healers and Counsellors Association.

The services include Reiki, Meditation, Energetic/​Crystal Healing, Spiritual Readings, Holistic Counselling, Colour Therapy and Hypnotherapy.

Helping people help themselves is the foundation of my work and my greatest passion. Working from a core of heart centred practices and using my connection with Spirit I work to provide a secure and nurturing environment where healing can occur for the Mind Body and Soul.

History

Established in 2009.

Starting from a small room in my home the business has grown to a well established and trusted business working amongst the thriving businesses in CBD of Bowral. On offer are one on one consultations as well as self development and spiritual based classes and workshops and special presentations and events.

I opened Heart and Soul Healing with a vision and belief that the best Holistic Healing experience would result from combining a variety of proven and result driven Complementary Therapies with authentic and heart centered Spiritual Services.

There has been much study, literature and attention given over the years to the power of the Mind to create and reinforce positive change. I can definitely see the benefits from this school of thought.

However I still felt a void in this ideal that needed to be filled after working with a countless number of clients. This void and my endless contemplation of what creates and sustains personal self development and growth led me to a huge realization, or what could be called an epiphany that became the anchor and the basis for all my work and indeed my life. This light bulb moment became the acknowledgment of what I consider the supreme power to affect positive change that drives all healing of Mind Body and Soul.
