Deluca Espresso Bar serves excellent coffee on the site of the Deluca Specialty Coffee Roastery. The coffee is really, really, really good. (I’m writing this review as I am sipping my delicious skinny latte). I’m not the only fan — this year Deluca won a two cups rating in the SMH Good Café Guide awards.
The café has plenty of outside seating, but busy Botany Road is not the most scenic spot to take a break. Inside the spacious café is warm, cozy, and inviting. I’m a big fan of the large, communal table in the centre of the room.
I have not yet tasted the food on offer, but the freshly-​baked muffins were very tempting this morning. In addition to cakes and other sweet things, Deluca offers a full lunch menu, including soups, salads, and other mains. Check it out!
