History

Established in 2007.

Botannix Yoga Studio & Garden Café opened its doors on February 12th, 2007. The concept of Botannix was created by Jeff Miller & Andy Stevenson, and was originally intended as a simple espresso bar. Seeing the potential of the Botany area, Jeff & Andy expanded this original idea to include a garden café, complete with eclectic furnishings & a professionally landscaped courtyard dining area, and a Balinese-style yoga studio; a space to clense the mind, body and soul.

Experienced hospitality worker, Andrew Fazio, also joined the Botannix team to focus on fine tuning the café-side of the business with his knowledge of & from the industry.

From humble beginnings Botannix Yoga Studio & Garden Café has developed into & been recognised as a professional & well-loved local café; with award-winning gardens (courtyard dining area & balinese-inspired yoga garden), and features in Broadsheet Sydney Online («Making friends with Winter Salad») & The Sydney Morning Herald’s «Good Café Guide 2013».
