What a bunch of jokers.
I should have known when I had to follow them up to confirm the job, rather than the other way around. Of course they turned up late.
These guys scratched just about every single piece of furniture they put their hands on, including our metal filing cabinet which appears to have been dragged upside down along asphalt, so that the damage is at the top!
They also disappeared for half an hour without explanation, and at the end of the day they insisted on cash in hand (despite direct debit being advertised as an option). To rub salt into the wound they demanded extra money for going over time!!!
