Big W, level 2 at Westpoint Blacktown. What great service you have.
We went in looking for a vacuum cleaner and I found a brand with a label at $ 55 fixed to the shelf. We took it up and the register said $ 129 so I mentioned the label. A lady and I went to the shelf where I showed her the price card. She found another card showing $ 109. Clearly, price labelling was all messed up.
The Manager investigated. On return, she informed us that the right prices were shown above all the vacuum cleaners and sold us the vacuum at the lovely price of $ 55. Bargain!
