History
Established in 2014.
Developed by Thomson & Co & designed by Eades & Bergman, Ebenezer Coffee & Wine Bar brings Melbourne’s famous funky café scene to the Bayside Market. Located on the iconic Black Rock Clock Tower over looking the Bay the concept brings great quality artisan food and wine which showcases the passion and craftsmanship of the producers within a carefully considered and beautifully designed space.

Business Owner
Director of Thomson & co and owner of Ebenezer Coffee & Wine Bar Duncan brings together collaborative teams of industry leaders who share a passion and a pursuit for excellence within the hospitality market.
With over 20 years’ experience working in senior management roles for some of Australia’s most high profile and successful venues.
Previously the Director Food and Beverage at the Arts Centre Precinct in Melbourne, Duncan was an integral part of developing the Hamer Hall Riverside Dining Precinct, the Sidney Myer Music bowl joint venture strategy, the catering and supply partnership tenders and creating the Food and Beverage In House Strategy.
