I love this place. It’s a quiet café, serving delicious paninis, splendid salads and some very drinkable coffee. It’s never going to surprise you unless you are some kind of bricklayer-type character who considers sundried tomatoes to be a rare delicacy, but they do standard café lunch fare very well. Their vegetable panini has been the highlight of many a day of day job work for me. There’s a lot here for vegetarians to munch on, and it’s generally quiet enough that you can have your pick of sitting in an odd-looking-and-uncomfortable chair or one of their comfy booth-style seats. It’s also a lot more reasonably priced than the other cafes in the Fresh Provisions complex, just remember to get the cash out for your meal before you get there as they inexplicably do not have an EFTPOS machine. All up, this is a great place to sip a coffee, eat some lunch, pull up a cushion, grab a newspaper from their reading pile and chill out.
