Arrived as a group of four at 6pm. The place is already half full, always a good sign. Mains were steaks for three, I had the ribs. All were excellent with good servings and presentation. A very fine selection of deserts, something I particularly look out for. Salted caramel cake and a raspberry snap were chosen. Again substantial serves, enough for two if dieting a bit. Both were fabulous. A great night had by all.

Clean place and nice staff. Good menu variety especially when you don’t know what you like. Only issue is parking. More of a place you go to when your walking around. Not somewhere I would go out of my way to find parking and visit. That being said the food was good with great portion sizes.

Returned to this old fave recently. It was as awesome as I remembered. A casual chill vibe, really friendly service & amazing(well priced) food. I had the salmon(cooked to perfection) and the pancakes for desert — highly recommend these chocolatey scrumptious beauties!

Location perfect. Food perfect. D to D simply knows what’s good. When you come here come with a date and get a dessert to share. Decadent yes but it will be worth it! It’s simply the best café around with the highest quality of food. They pay attention to detail on service as well as the food with an excellent attentive waitstaff.

Perfect local café that offers something to please everyone. We’ve had pastas, grills, steaks and light bites here that are all good value and enjoyable. My favorite though is the desserts, particularly the mars bar cheesecake, that has been a local favorite for years. Do yourself a favour and try a slice, it might look average but certainly taste amazing. If you still need another reason to visit, come in for an early bite and get a cheap movie tix deal for the next door Beverly hills cinema(6 months validity, cost $ 9⁄10 for every $ 10 meal u spent here)

I once had the opportunity to have lunch at D to D for a friend’s birthday. Of course, my chicken focaccia was amazing, the food came quickly and the fact that the food was already paid for didn’t hurt either. My thoughts on the café have since been very positive. That is until I went there again but this time for dinner. The ambience of the restaurant was so different, the café was packed to the roof and the food took a much longer time to get to the table. I was quite happy with my meal, but unfortunately a few of my friends did not share the same opinion. So overall, the café is a bit of a hit and miss. I can’t seem to fully dismiss the café because of the good food, but at the same time that one bad experience is hindering me from giving it a glowing review. I’ve since come to realise it’s probably best to stick with lunch at D to D Café.

I love D To D Café. It is the perfect place to grab a quick dinner before heading out, or to a movie(Beverly Hills Cinema is only a few metres down). The service is polite, friendly and welcoming. The tapas are delicious, affordable and quick. What more could you want from a local café? Located on the busy end of King George’s Rd, the most difficult part of dining at D To D is finding a car park. Travelling by train is okay, as the railway station is close by(approximately 150 metres), but finding a place to leave your car will probably take longer than it will for your meal to arrive at D To D. I’ve tried a couple of deserts and they were all great, and tasted home-made. D To D also serves up some great sangria(especially the red one) and the renovations have really brightened the place up. Service is friendly and attentive, though not over the top and annoying. Some waiters will even offer menu suggestions– helpful for those who are unsure what to choose.
