I’m Viet, and this is the place I go to get my «Bun bo hue»(or spicy beef noodles) fix. It’s hands down the best in Sydney, better than Dong Ba’s. They also do really nice«Banh bot loc»(Vietnamese shrimp & pork dumplings) and«Bun mang vit»(bamboo shoots and duck noodles). They also do nice desserts too. I didn’t like their«hen xuc banh trang»(stir fried baby clams with sesame rice crackers) though. Overall, some dishes are stars here, some not so much. You just have to try them all and see which ones they master at.
