Several years ago I decided to go out on my own. I saw a gap in the ‘meat market’ for quality modern product with old-​fashioned service and went for it. I took over the lease on an old butcher shop in Ashgrove and worked tirelessly building up the business, relying on my passion for great food and exceptional customer service.
