Worst customer service ever!
Thank you Georgia (I believe she is a Manager!) for the most unprofessional and unfriendly customer service. You made me wait for a while before even acknowledging I was standing there, then greeted me with an unsmiling face and a simple «Hi». On collection of my food and coffee you just handed it to me without saying a word — no «Thank you», no «Have a nice day» and no smile. How rude!

Quick and friendly service. Clean facilities. Freshly made food. Would come here again.

Oh dear. This McDonald’s seems to have gone somewhat awry. More than ‘somewhat’, actually. I pulled in here late one Wednesday night when I was on my way home from another, much more savoury, restaurant.
I needed a loo break and I thought to myself: «At least you can always count on McDonald’s for a clean loo». Wrong. Not in this case, anyway. I guessed something might be wrong as I walked through the car park, littered with litter and dotted with a few dodgy looking characters. I didn’t feel particularly safe and reminded myself it was only a few metres until I’d be surrounded by the cozy comfort of a familiar food chain. Wrong again.
It was a few metres until I was inside, definitely not surrounded by cozy comfort though… the place was an absolutely disgusting pig sty. Dirty floors and rubbish everywhere. I wish I’d had my camera on me.
The toilet was even worse. A big cluster of hair lay at my feet as I reminded myself I would soon be out of this dirt ridden hell hole. The toilets needed a good clean in general and I’m not sure how everything has gone so terribly wrong in this Maccas. I will have to go back another time to see if the mess and disarray was an unlucky one off event.
I really hope it was and I’ll keep you posted…
