Was very impressed with this restaurant/​bar in Alexandria at lunchtime. It has a lovely outside area which has great seating, both umbrella and not. Good selection of nice foods, order at the bar. They have an inside area as well but its not as atmospheric as the outside bar. Very chilled area, just next to the Grounds. The food is relatively large for servings. Has some good features, good music and a pacman machine — cant go wrong with that.

Steak and cheese roll with a side of onion rings? Yes please!
Great for groups. We had a table last night for 8 of us, and I think they take bookings for large groups. It’s a nice space. I wouldn’t normally venture down to Alexandria for dinner, but 4143 would be worth a second visit. Steak and cheese roll reminded me of an Australian-​ised Philly Cheesesteak.
The only thing that we were super bummed about was the lack of ribs on their new summer menu. We had heard awesome stuff about the $ 20 ribs dinner, but we missed them by a couple weeks. Please bring back the ribs!
