Great place for lunch. I do like it when staff greet you as soon as you walk in the door. Makes me feel welcome. Great coffee here and menu has a wide range of offerings. Blackboard specials as well as items in the cabinet. Not overly busy when we went there(2 other tables) and the food did take a while to arrive. But when it did … Awesome. Well prepared, great tasting and well worth the wait. Would visit here again.

The secret of Melbourne? Chorizo. I’m not sure how it came about, given the small spanish population, but Melbourne simply loves Chorizo. Breakfast? Chorizo. Lunch? Chorizo. Dinner? Chorizo. When it comes time for a Melburnian to be buried, the funeral meats are a plate of cold chorizo, maybe with a little hollendaise sauce on the side. And, when the day comes to bury me, you might want to contact the DPC to do the catering. Because they’re not afraid to throw around the sausage. Their chorizo wrap is big enough to beat a man to death. With the money you steal from his wallet, you might want to try the baked beans and chorizo on toast as well, maybe order a bit of hollendaise on the side. They’re cheap, they’re tasty, they make a good cup of coffee, and they can give you a lot of chorizo. What more could you possibly want?
