I had been meaning to try Sushi Planet ever since it opened! Today I went there solo for lunch and I wasn’t disappointed. Everything is made fresh to order so don’t go here if you’re looking for a quick eat. Fresh food, nice décor, and friendly staff all made for a pleasant first experience. Would love to come here with others to try out the amazing looking platters

We made our way down to Sushi Planet after giving up on the horrible Moon Lantern festival. We had been wanting to try it out for sometime but never had the motivation to travel into town to do so.
We walked in and the atmosphere was great, it was dimly lit and the staff were super friendly. We ordered a few different things to share, and everything tasted absolutely delicious. It is a bit pricey compared to most sushi places, however you can definitely taste the difference.

Love it! Come to Sushi Planet and get your carb on! I’ve had delivery, which was an outstanding experience — from the easy to carry flat bag, to the special chopsticks and napkins, it feels super luxe.
Dining in was great — the food is quick as you’d expect from sushi, but there was no compromise on quality or flavour. Everything bursts with freshness. The dessert menu was surprising — not just the usual sushi restaurant fare, which meant that the rich chocolate fondant that we shared capped off the meal perfectly.
Staff were friendly and efficient and accommodating of our pram. The only thing you want to ensure is that you don’t have a seat near the door in cold weather. The huge doors are a great design feature, but they will let in a big gust of air in cold conditions!

Met a friend who suggested Sushi Planet as it was close to where we had to go.
I was extremely impressed, the food, service and décor was excellent.
I do think the single skewers are pricey for what it is. At most Japanese restaurants I have been to you do get at least 2 good sized ones for $ 6.50, but here it is only 1 :(
The Sashimi was fresh and the sushi rolls were best I have had in Adelaide thus far.
Cant wait to take the family there in the next week or two.

Very nice place for lunch or dinner. Love the modern décor. Sitting for single person, family or a group dinning. Stuff are very friendly and helpful. Great service. Best of all, amazing sushi. Fresh and tasty. Plating is cool too. Love this please. Pricing is slightly higher, but good value for a nice dinning experience. Love it.

Have been here a few times and absolutely love it! Consistently amazing sushi that is super fresh and tasty! Good value for money and often find that we order more than we are able to eat! Great atmosphere and service too.
