When I was working out of the Adelaide office I noticed that this phở place had opened up across the road, and since I don’t mind the odd phở I decided to go and check it out. I have to admit that it was not what I expected. When I think of phở restaurant I tend to think of places where you grab a quick, and cheap, bite to eat and the restaurant itself is nothing flash, however I was quite surprised when I stepped in through the door — it looked as if I had entered some high class restaurant. As such I hesitatingly looked at the menu and discovered that despite it’s appearances it was still a place to grab a cheap bite to eat, so I sat down and ordered some phở. It was pretty good, and the staff were really nice as well, though I should warn you that they have a minimum card purchase of $ 20.00 so make sure you bring cash.
