Description

Specialties

This burger store grinds and hand-forms every beef patty in-house from locally sourced chuck steak. Cooked to order, the default preference is medium but you can request well done.

It is one of the only burger stores around that uses genuinely free range chicken.

And it is most definitely the only burger store in the nation that makes its own ice cream daily — a creamy Wisconsin delicacy known as frozen custard.

Seasoning is done to order too, so let the store know if you’d like more or less salt or pepper, or indeed any other modification made to your burger.

Starting life as a food truck, Burger Theory has made a net profit commitment to ensure fairness to customers, staff and suppliers. Net profit never exceeds 15% of revenue.

Burger Theory makes burgers the way they were meant to be: conscientiously sourced, cooked to order and sold at a fair price to a knowledgeable burger community.

Praise is received with warmth; criticism with action!
