History

Established in 1995.

Better Bodies, Inc. has been locally owned and operated since 1995. What started as a small in-​home personal training studio has grown into a million dollar, three-​facility organization in just a few short years. Better Bodies fitness centers are located in Indianapolis, Carmel, and Zionsville. Our gyms provide a variety of wellness services. Whether you need a regular fitness membership, trainer, or massage therapist, Better Bodies will meet your needs!

Meet the Business Owner

Mitch S.

Business Owner

Mitch is an Iowa native with his Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa. Since finishing his degrees, Mitch has worked in hospital settings and rehabilitation centers in Indiana and Iowa. Since 1995, Mitch has owned and operated Better Bodies Inc.
