Had a wonderful experience at this bike shop! Everyone I came across was genuinely helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly. No one was pushy, they were understanding when I told them I wanted a day to think about purchasing a certain bike. The next day I came back, got a great price on my trade-​in and got an awesome bike with help from Dwayne. My boyfriend and I love supporting local businesses-​this place is definitely one we know we will keep going back to. Thanks for the great customer service!

I was going to purchase a car rack on Amazon, but I remembered the good service I got a couple years ago. Plus, I wanted to get it right away. The pricing was comparable, only few bucks more, too.
I called to make sure they had it in stock, which they did, so I head straight over. I was welcomed in a couple minutes once I stepped in.
The WOW factor came when they offered to unpack the bulky box it came in and make sure it mounted to my car hitch alright. Which it did.
Great service as expected. This is my bike shop of choice.

Shopping for our daughter’s first «real» bike, we took our neighbor’s suggestion to come here. We walked in on a busy Saturday afternoon and found help immediately in the well-​staffed store. The associate helped us narrow down the choices quickly and also found the perfect fitting helmet. They checked and tuned up our selected bike and we were on our way home with a very happy little girl within 20 minutes. A great and personal experience vs a big box retailer.

I’ve Gone to this shop for years and am extremely happy with the service and repair work (Kurt is an awesome bike mechanic). Right now I am in the process of buying a high end mountain bike which had to be ordered and when it came in I went out to ride it and it turned out to be too small for me which Kurt pointed out because he didn’t want to sell me a bike that he felt was the wrong size. Most shops would have just sold me the bike so I am really impressed with his integrity and highly recommend this shop.

Amazing shop. The owners are fantastic people and are extremely helpful, also every employee is very knowledgeable and are bike enthusiasts. I have purchased 2 bikes from them and have all of my bikes serviced through them, and i expect to continually give them my business. This shop is an hour from my home, but is by far the best shop available and is worth the drive. Great show room and selection, They are very understanding to new bikers as i once was, and do their best to explain and show you what is needed. They also are great with promoting doing things yourself, but with their prices and amazing service its worth supporting this small business.
Long story short i wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The way bike shops were intended to be. Extremely helpful staff willing to help you find the exact fit and make for what you need, rather than push to «upsale» you into something you won’t. The managers are awesome and the techs are great.
Managers and techs alike are more than happy to invite you into the back where all the mechanical work is done. Rather than talk down to you about an issue they’d rather show you exactly what they’re talking about so that everyone is on the same boat.
I’ve bought 2 bikes here, more components than I can count, and only wish that these guys would bring their service and attitude to the worlds of home and automotive sale and repair.
To put it in context, I live out of state now, but have family in the area. I’m still making the trip back here to by my next bike!

I am partial to Schwinn as this was one of the first bikes I had as a kid, and the one that lasted the longest, quality stuff.
A good local shop, lots of features, including bike repair, along with a very good assortment of accessories and bikes. It is always better to buy local for this type of product than at a major chain.

My husband and I have both bought Trek bikes from this shop and couldn’t be more pleased. Their selection is extensive and their prices are moderate. They go over and beyond to help you make the right choice for a bike and and a couple times in the shop they remember your name and needs. They have a pretty good selection of accessories as well.
