Roger’s Auto Service, the oldest full service shop in the Zion area, is now in its 45th year of serving Northern Lake County and Southeastern Wisconsin. Owners Roger and Kathy Whitmore want to bridge the gap between dealerships and chain stores with a family run auto repair shop dedicated to quality repairs at fair prices. Having a well-​equipped facility offers a one-​stop shop that assures complete vehicle maintenance ranging from PM’s ‘Preventative Maintenance’ to comprehensive diagnostics for computer controls and fuel management systems. Business Owner

Roger T Whitmore started Roger’s Services in 1971 just out oh high school and traded in his Dodge Dart for his first tow truck and started a full auto repair facility and towing service. Reade Whitmore is Roger’s son and attended Wyoming Technical institute and is a fully Certified Auto Technician and Wreck Master Certified Tow Truck Operator and is currently Service Manager for the business.

Good work from some decent guys. I work for a property management company and just recently we stayed taking our vehicles to Rogers. Very friendly staff and helpful every time I’ve gone in and called on the phone. They are quiet quick with their work with everything usually getting done by the next day or day after of bringing it in.

Great service here! Everyone is very professional. They are on time with everything. I bring my car here for oil changes and no complaints! The environment up front is very nice and welcoming. I would definitely go back to these guys!

I’ve had a couple of my vehicles fixed here, and while the work gets done I often (like every time) find myself going thru and fixing their fix. Example, I had a power steering hose replaced on my Cadillac. I get the car back and I’m hearing a light «ting ting ting» like something rattling. I dig around and find they didn’t route the hose thro the mount and it was hitting the frame. I also had a leak at the power steering pump that turned out to be the hose lose and I had to tighten it. I called them and they said I could drop it to get it fixed and they’d «try» to fit it in. There’s other shops around, if try them first before Rogers anytime.

They did a pre-​purchase inspection on our car. It was a very busy Saturday, but everyone seemed to take a caring and interested approach to each customer and phone call. They spotted a couple potential issues with the vehicle, gave us a written report, and saved us some money on the purchase transaction. Thanks! Wish they were closer to home!

Great service, quick turnaround on the service as well. They were upfront, and we’re able to diagnose the problem. I compared the estimate at two other places and they were cheaper than one and within $ 25 (1,200 bill) of the other.
Also gave me a ride back to work after I dropped the car off. I appreciated that gesture. Not all mechanics do that these days.

SCHEMERS! They kept telling us more and more things were wrong with the car and kept pushing back the date they would work on it. Probably kicking half the money that they charged us DOUBLE for when we got an estimate from another shop. TERRIBLE place.
