Established in 1999.

The business started in Elk River on ¹⁰⁄₁₉₉₉ as a dba, and moved to Zimmerman in 2002. In 2008 the business was changed to an llc.

After graduating from Elk River High School in 1989 Mike joined the Navy for 4 years. After getting out of the Navy Mike worked for a variety of hvac companies, while going to Hennepin Technical college. in 1997 Mike joined the Army National Guard, he stayed in for 3 years and in 1999 started 1^st Call Heating & A/​C Services.
