History

Established in 2005.

Greg Mayfield is the owner of the business and worked for the Florida Department of Health in the 1990’s as a Environmental Specialist and septic system inspector. Greg went on to start Southern Water and Soil, Inc., providing septic system permitting, soils, and engineering for several septic companies here in the Tampa Area. Then in 2010 Greg received is septic tank contractor’s license and provided the opportunity for SWS to provide septic system installation services. With over 15 years of septic experience Greg leads a group of experienced individuals that are ready to solve your septic and wastewater problems.
