I’ve purchased cigars from Mark Williams «Big Papi» about 3 or 4 times. The sticks were of the highest quality and the custom cigar bands that he made himself were the highest quality. I simply found a picture I wanted then e-​mailed it to him and bingo I had my own custom label. The cigars were delivered to me on the day promised or days ahead of schedule. I highly recommend his services.
