Cajun Catch

This place has awesome food. My mother-​in-​law who knows food had the shrimp and said it was the best she ever had, that’s a real compliment coming from her. My wife who isn’t much of a seafood lover had the fried catfish and love it. I had the pork chops and they were great. The portions of what is on the plates are enough for leftovers. The prices are very good also. The staff was very nice and the place was clean.
Ignore the Glenda S review because nothing of what she said comes close to my experience at this restaurant.

Seriously good food. We enjoyed everything we ate here. There are too many great items to mention but the Pistollets are fantastic. Really everything was great. The service was over the top. Jenna explained the menu to us and really made the experience truly outstanding. We have told all our friends in the area about Cajun Catch and we will be back anytime we are anywhere near Zackary. Next time you guys get down around there, stop in and check it out. Tell Jenna hello for us. She made the time we spent there special.

Great food for a small establishment. Menu variety is awesome, and has something for everyone, particularly the sandwiches. Compared to the handful of places that swing and miss at seafood around the Baton Rouge area, this place is pretty solid.
I’ve had the burger and the seafood, and was not disappointed by either one.
I would disregard the C U Next Tuesday (Glenda) that goes around burning restaurants on Unilocal because they don’t reward her laziness and obviously rotten attitude. It’s not McDonald’s, it’s a small place that dishes out homemade food, so be patient and polite, and you’ll be rewarded.

The shrimp on the poboy was bland and the French fries were fried in old oil and you could smell that gross nasty smell and tasted like it too.
I couldn’t eat them.
Needs someone who cares about the place.
It was a great place to est at first opening.
Now you can tell they don’t care about the food or the customer.
They do care about the tips though.
The last time I went through the drive through, the lady working behind the counter looked at me but never came to wait on me. she let me stay at the window 20₂₅ minutes (she looked at me once and then began ignoring me) and still she didn’t wait on me.
Very rude people especially the woman who says she’s the manager. She’s very condescending…
I will never eat there again and never tell anyone to eat there
I could do a much better job of managing the place and could make people want to go there and at least I know how to use cleaning materials

I gave it only 4 stars because the cashier kept interrupting me while ordering, but the food was absolutely amazing! Chicken tenders were hot, juicy and little spicy (mild), shrimp was nice in size and cooked perfect. Fried doll pickles were crispy and flavorful and last but not least the gator balls! They were very tasty but a bit chewy. I’ll be visiting again to try new things on the menu. Which is large in selection.
I know they are limited on space but they need bigger tables. Go and enjoy!
