We bought our new Lance trailer from this dealership even though we live in San Diego. There is a Lance dealer right down the road from us but when we went there just to look, they tried to pressure us to buy right away. We didn’t give in to their prehistoric sales tactics. After visiting that dealer in San Diego we still didn’t make a decision on what we wanted for another month. We Called RV World Yuma and got in touch with Andy Green. He was very helpful and informative. His attitude was very welcoming and friendly. We never felt pressured or obligated. He was very knowledgeable about the trailer we were looking at. The service department there is excellent. We wanted two larger batteries on our trailer which was designed for only one and they made it look like it was factory installed. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Well worth the drive from San Diego to buy from this dealer.

I called RV World in desperation from a bad purchase deal with a RV from another place. Josh answered the phone and told me to come out and they would help my husband and I. We both were very skeptical with our past issue with our current RV. When we arrived the next day, not only did Josh show us two different RV’s to pick from, but rolled us into a perfect RV that fit our needs, it was everything we originally had wanted. Josh gave us all the time in the world, and answered every question we had. Pat had all the paperwork ready, and explained everything to us. It may have taken us 10 minutes. Friday my husband and I are excited to pick up our RV. What place would service, clean, walk us thru it, show us how to operated the RV, and give us a «Go Kit» for free. No worries about full propane tanks, or new hoses. I can tell you, they are Veteran and Military friendly! They went out of their way to thank us for our service, and went way and beyond to help us. I will and hope every Veteran, or Military person, will consider this place to purchase an RV. I can not say enough how wonderful RV World has saved us, and really cared to help us out! Thanks to all the RV World family, who made us feel welcomed!

I came upon RV World in Yuma from friends that I went to college with that had bought RV’s there in the past. They were happy with their purchases and I was looking for a new Toy Hauler. After I had narrowed down what I was looking for in terms of options, I called and started working with Bryan. He sent me photo’s of a couple of trailers he had that he thought might fit the bill. I wasn’t feeling it just then, but was able to refine what I was looking for a little bit more. Bryan said he had a few more trailers coming in the next couple of weeks and one of those might fit the bill.
A couple of weeks later Bryan reaches out with pictures of a brand new toy hauler right off the truck. We did everything over email and set a date for pick up. When I got to RV World on delivery day I spent a total of 10 minutes signing paperwork with Pat and a hour doing the walk through with Dan on my new trailer.
It was a totally painless experience! RV World includes a «Go Kit» with purchase and full propane tanks. My last RV purchase did not include anything extra and empty propane tanks. I arrived at 10am and was back on the road by 1pm. The trip from Tempe to Yuma was totally worth it for the experience.

I bought a 2015 fleetwood discovery from this RV dealer and had the best experience. I was first hesitant because they were in Arizona and I had never heard of them but after 45 minutes with Greg on the phone, I learned everything I need to decide which RV is best for my family. He was honest, extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, not your typical salesman trying to push you to buy anything, and made my entire experience a pleasure.
