I wouldn’t recommend these apartments(or this city for that matter). The parents don’t watch their kids and just send them out to the courtyard to do whatever they want. These kids knocked on my door several times a day(especially on the weekends) and after awhile it just got annoying. There is assigned parking and on my second night there I accidentally parked one parking space over as I was not yet accustomed to this, and my car was almost towed. I got a knock at my door late at night saying I needed to move it NOW or else it would be towed. The place was just crawling with cockroaches. The apartment itself looked nice, but management and all the bugs ruined it. I had to pay extra fees at move out time for issues I had told the office about but they never did anything.

Unbelievably awful. It’s hard to know where to start. We counted over 30 cockroaches within 24 hours of moving in. There were dead ones in the kitchen cupboards. Initially the office staff would not believe us until we had someone come in and show the roaches crawling all over the walls. They tried to exterminate, but we were never roach free. We kept all of our food in the fridge. Parking was another major issue. There are assigned spaces and the office records your vehicle information. One night it was dark and I parked one space over. 2 days later I discover my car was towed from the lot. Management claimed that despite having my car’s make/model/license #, my apartment number, AND my phone number on file, they were unable to identify the car and towed it. They attributed this to not having a computer database for it. The towing company felt bad enough about the situation that they gave me a discount. 5 stars for them. Overall the apartment was dingy. The carpet was old and beige, doors and furniture had dents, gashes etc. The bathroom sink had so much rust that management agreed to replace it. We moved out in less than two months because it was extremely uncomfortable and management was not responsive to fixing many issues.

Terrible. We lived there over a year. Staff tried, maintenance was good, parking was poor, and getting out of there onto a busy highway was abysmal, simply the place ISNOTWORTHIT. There are feral cats and seemingly feral children running around. Most everything was in poor condition. A little background: Yuma is a dump(and I have family from there). The YPG& Marine Air Base, along with the transient field workers and masses of snowbirds leave this city with NOONE who wants to pay taxes to make the city better… so property is cheap and rent is high(because – again – no one really wants to live or stay in Yuma so rentals are in demand and waaaaay to expensive for the crappy town). NOISY, Paper-thin walls, traffic, dusty, pool is full of kids, not worth the money, MASSIVE speed bumps, need i say more?
