Artesian Pools & Spas is a branch of Ray Orta Construction, Inc. Our construction company was started in 1992 and the pool division opened in 2002.

Ray is great as well as his whole team. They had to basically REDO our pool from some other bad job from another pool company. He and his team took our pool back down to dirt and began from the footprint that was existing. The pool looks great and we have really enjoyed the final product.
He removed a broken Palapa and replaced with one however he didn’t know that what he was installing wasn’t the size equivalent to what he removed. I chose to live with the disappointment but after hearing about it from so many people saying how it wasn’t a good size for our yard and why did we go smaller, I called Ray. He was gracious and agreed to rebuild and install a larger palapa like the one they took down and now it looks gorgeous. I am so pleased I had to shout it from the rooftops or second best, Unilocal :)
