Ihop Yukon 3235

Went on 2÷21÷16 at about 9 PM. Chris our server was horrible. He sat us and took our drink order brought us the drinks watched my husband get up and leave the table as I placed the order for mozzarella sticks. He left came back two more times while I waited for my husband. He brought our food to us and literally kept coming back every three to five minutes. I had my seven week old daughter in her car seat and he had no clue that the highchair turned in to a holder for a car seat. He brought us our check my husband got up to take our daughter to the car so we could leave and he walks up and says he stuck you with the check
I paid and left. Not sure if I will return this was out second trip in a four day time span.

Out of ALL the Ihop franchises, owners, managers, and entire staff, this location in Yukon is BY FAR the greatest! I live in the city and drive an extra 15+ minutes to come to this one because the staff is just A++++ the manager, Tina, is always asking how things are, food is always hot and comes out in a reasonable time! All I hops have 99% the same menu items, but this one just seems like it even tastes better!!! Probably because I feel so welcomed and appreciated as a guest of the restaurant, not just a customer or a dollar sign! The wait staff is ALWAYS welcoming and fun, and make jokes and are crazy even in the floor in front and TO the tables! Really feels like they’re all a hilarious family, and gets the tables involved too! There’s a few ‘regulars’ tables that come in and the waitresses sit with them and it’s all like family! Love the feeling, which I feel like gets lost a lot in this day in age! ¹⁰⁄₁₀!

We showed up hungry and ready to chow down. Took over 1 hr to get our food plus is was freezing inside. Had to ask the manager to turn up the air so we could enjoy our meal. Good was decent but service could really improve, along with temp inside.

This is just an average type diner/​restaurant. For some reason the hash browns are always mush and not crispy. The omelette so and chicken fried steak are usually good. Pancakes are great as well. The service could be better which is why I give this place an average rating.

This is by far the worst IHOP that I’ve ever been to. They are very slow, rude and insanely stupid.
We went for the first time on a Saturday and the lady got both of our meals wrong and then she was standing there pointing at my food, touching it and I told her I sure wasn’t eating that now… She was very slow.
We went this morning and we sat down, ordered our drinks, waited 15 mins for her to come and get our food ordered, we got our food and it literally took 47 mins for her to get our plates and check us out. This was a different lady than the first time.
Never going back

This is a clean well staffed albeit busy Ihop. The wait staff is always very pleasant and the food comes out in a timely fashion. As far as the food it’s the same as all the other Ihop locations of course. I’ve been to bad Ihops this is one of the best in the metro and beyond.

yay we beat the bar crowd lol … i always love sitting in places like this late night because of all the drunks and strange people «creatures of the night» that come out from under there rocks and go eat. as long as you get there before 1:30am then you should be good on wait time… our waitress was on top of our table until around 2 when the drunks rolled in which is always fun… our food was hott and good we all had left overs and full bellys so no complains here :)

6:00 am Monday morning, I am the only customer. Have to wait 10 minutes to order as I overhear staff argue about who has not arrived for work. Restaurant is freezing cold. Not a good impression. Pancakes were good as usual, but biscuits and gravy was not good at all.

It’s IHOP. Chain restaurant. It was exactly as we expected. Food was consistent with other IHOPS. But the service was awesome. Our waiter was Jason. Super service. We will be back.

Service is HORRIBLE! Were there almost 40 min before getting food… and then it arrives cold. My friends warned me this place had terrible service, but went anyway. will not be back. They dont even bring syrup with pancakes, you have to use nasty ones on the table… I just wanted some plain syrup;not strawberry, blueberry, etc.

Food was slow and cold but the waitress was nice.
