Great service with fair pricing. After garage door we added 3 gates. All items were delivered on time and at agreed price. No hidden charges. Quality of work far surpassed other local providers. Very quick to respond to issues.

Gate Problems were repaired and they showed up to do the work that involved welding parts to the gate. They are in demand and hard to get to in an emergency but they do great work and the prices are fair. I would recommend them to anyone who needs gate repair and grarge door work.

Well it’s been about 1 year since my last use and review of these guys and this time I finally needed them from actual garage door repair. I had a broken spring and they came out the next day. I use my garage door as my front door so the importance of having it open was extremely needed. Mitch and his new trainee were out the next day at 10am. They were done in about 30 minutes with two brand new springs and as always Mitch went the extra mile and readjusted all the settings, lubricated all the hinges and readjusted the pulley cord. My garage is actually quieter now, nice job guys! All for a reasonable price to boot!

I had Precision Garage Doors and Gates install a beautiful front entry gate and a chair railing. They were so professional and helpful. One of the MAIN reasons I chose this company was because of the customer service I received when I first called. Fawn Milks answered the phone with the most pleasant voice and I immediately felt like I wanted to do business with this company. She was quick to get back with me with my questions and helped trouble-​shoot when I needed help. The quality of the work is superb and Fawn is a definite asset to this company!

Not thrilled with their service, they came out twice without any luck to fix my issue. Tried to charge me for a part that was installed and then removed again and taken back. So now you expect me to pay for a long range receiver you told me did not fix the issue and you still charge me for it?

The home we purchased in Yucca Valley had a garage that had been converted to a room. We wanted to put it back to a two car garage. I talked with the folks at Precision Garage Doors & Gates, selected the Avanti door, got the quote and scheduled the install. The entire staff was absolutely fantastic when it came to taking care of our desires. And talk about great customer service, these folks have it going on. The crew was awesome, the ladies in the office were simply a treat to work with and John the owner was very personable and trustworthy. We relocated to Yucca Valley from Kansas City, Missouri and did not know of any garage door companies, nor was anyone recommended to us for this project. I just stopped in their office and was really welcomed the instant I walked in. I would highly recommend this company if you need or have any garage door or gate projects. Great job Precision!!! Oh, and by the way, our neighbors all just love our new look.
