I am originally from Chicago, IL where I lived for 23 years before enlisting in the Marine Corps in 1999. I was stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC for many years, which explains the 910 area code I still keep for my cell phone. I began my career in real estate around 2008 in NC and moved to Yucca Valley CA in 2012 where I picked back up with Coldwell Banker Roadrunner Realty here in Yucca Valley.

THIS IS THE GUY YOU NEED to work with!!! TRUST– TRUST– TRUSTWORTHY! There is literally nothing bad I can say about him… NOTHING! Trust me, I have no filter between my head and mouth… Keep reading you’ll see! We went to Chris for so many reasons, but the #1 reason I picked him is because he treats everyone with so much respect while getting the job done!!! LET ME REPEAT THAT FOR YOU… CHRIS GETS THE JOB DONE! When we sold our home we ran into a lot of problems with the buyers and the buyers agent. (Betty Kerr — Keller Williams Realty– you my dear are an idiot!) We experienced first hand how a bad agent with lack of education, no professionalism, and NO idea how to read a calendar can really effect the sell of a home. THANK YOU JESUS we had Chris Breen on our side! He was able to work through the issues, save us money, keep the lines of communication open and get our home sold!
