Established in 2010.

We started T. J’s Tacos Locos last year when we couldn’t find an affordable vendor to cater our wedding that we would be proud to hire. Gerardo the chef behind the grill has over 15 years experience in the restaurant industry and is extremely versed at the art of tacos! I am a University of Redlands School of Business Graduate who passes the savings my talent of negotiating and business skills brings, on to you the customer. Business Owner

Executive Chef and Owner Gerardo Rosales has worked in the restaurant industry for over 15 years bringing a wealth of experince from many well known establishments to T.j.‘s Tacos Locos. Gerardo decided to start his own catering company to bring both his passion of cooking and love of the art to the public. He started his career as a dishwasher in a local Carrow’s and quickly worked his way up the ranks.
