Our heater went out over the weekend and most places are closed but I went online to Russell’s and was able to schedule an appointment for first thing Monday. I received a call when they opened up on Monday and had a technician out that day.
Mike, my technician, diagnosed the problem and offered me a couple of options for fixing the problem. His customer service was great!
I recommend anyone to use Russell’s. They are fast, friendly and honest!

Russell’s did a central air conditioner tune up and repairs for me in the spring for the first time. I was very comfortable all summer. So I decided to do a furnace tune up this fall. I received a call before Roy arrived and he was on schedule. He got the work done, went over the results with me, identified potential repairs and ways to improve my system for the future, and answered all my questions professionally and pleasantly. It is wonderful to have a local company to take such good care of our heating and air conditioning needs in Yucaipa.

Our AC went South and Russell’s had one of their techs, Mike come the same day as we called. They even called prior to his arriving to be sure we were ready for him to arrive.
Mike was very polite, introduced himself and wore booties when he came into the house to check out the thermostat. He fixed the system quickly and we are now enjoying cold air! I wouldn’t think twice about calling Russell’s Heating and Air Conditioning again. Great job!

We moved to the area two years ago and haven’t needed heating or a/​c service till now. Our a/​c went out on a Friday afternoon in mid July with So Cal getting the tail end of a hurricane increasing the humidity for the weekend. We had little hope of getting someone out till Monday.
My mother lived in Yucaipa from the late 70’s through the 90’s and I remembered she always called Russell’s for service. I called them at 3:15pm and by 5:15pm our a/​c was working. The service tech. (Martin) was courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained our options then made the repair. We could not have asked for a better experience.
Now I know why my mother swore by Russell’s.

I called just before 11am I was told they could make it out today, I gave them all my contact info and waited, and waited, and waited, then waited somemore. it is now just about 6:30pm no show, no call, so no job. YOUR FIRED…

I live in Solera retirement community here in Beaumont. This was my third experience with Russell’s company in one year. They have done a fantastic job for me both on the furnace and the A/​C systems.
