I am writing this in response to the sour grape review in May… after doing a short-​sale on my home 4 years ago I was not excited about renting but Hometown helped ease our burden in the property search, they followed through on paperwork and calls in a professional manner, and after we were placed the company was very responsive to our needs and quick contact between the owner of the property and us was the norm. Thanks for truly putting the Home in our Hometown! I highly recommend this team!

If I could give 0 stars I would.
Weeks ago I applied for a house, and they told me they would get back to me in the middle of the following week. I never heard from them, after two weeks I finally called them and was told the owner declined our application. Which is fine, I’m not offended if we don’t qualify for the rental. But a courtesy call to inform me of this would of been nice. If this company can’t even do that what’s going to make me believe they can handle any rental problems in the future? When I called the guy said he can offer me any other rental but any property management place can do that.
