Established in 2009.

Carolyn a self taught chocolatier has been making candy since 2005 where she started with the help of God in Coeur d’ Alene Idaho and then moved to Yucaipa to live with her mother. Her present location is a 1920 Sears Craftsman home in the historical district of Yucaipa. Her products have been taken to every continent except Antarctic.

Amazing taste!!! Everything is so fresh and flavorful. My man loved the Chocolate dipped Cheese Cake. We bought several pieces to try a variety and wished we had purchased more. We won’t be going to See’s ever again — the quality doesn’t even come close to Carolyn’s Chocolates! Can’t wait to go back.

Carolyn is amazing and an absolute joy!
Gourmet chocolates are all wonderful! I suggest the ganache.
The carmel apples are divine and can feed two to four people. These are great gifts to family and friends. (If they make it to them… hehe).
My husband loves the chocolate covered cheese cake.
THIS IS A MUST TRY!
You will not be disappointed.

Lovely little store with sprinkles of charm and class!
This store is adorable. The woman who runs the store is a total sweetheart! The chocolate here is ammmmmazingly YUMMY! A 5 star sweet treat. We will be regulars from now on. In my opinion this place give the” other chocolate” store a run for its money!

Love coming here for amazing chocolate, and service from one of the nicest woman you’ll meet! The chocolate is always fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious! My favorite is the milk chocolate caramel marshmallow. The caramel is made by hand, and so soft. Mmm!
This place is definitely a hidden gem in Yucaipa. If you haven’t tried it out, you’re missing out!

Been here a number of times and everytime I get great customer service and absolutely delicious chocolates. I love love love the spiced honey tea truffle! All of her chocolates are visually beautiful and always homemade. She will even gift wrap a box for you as a gift! Great woman and great treats!
