Horrible Management Company they do not care about their tenants what so ever. It is interesting that all their good reviews are all from the same area. But anyway I rented a home originally from a Mom and Pop couple and then Allied took over I lived there for well over 3 years and every year like clock work I had problems with the AC unit they always did bare minimum to say they at least did something. I do understand that to install a new AC is pricey and the overall say comes from the homeowner but I honestly feel the homeowner is not ever kept in the loop of all the maintenance request. My story only gets worse, last year on a weekend I left home early morning to run errands and came back about 3pm to a completely flooded house. I immediately called the after hours number and left a message it took a long time for someone to call me back and when they did oh boy they were extremely rude. Now this flood was due to a concrete slab leak under the bath tub and a busted hot water pipe which I found out from the plumber who showed up hours later as the water continued to flow. I did not know where to shut the main water off. so by the time the plumber arrived shut it off and explained the amount of damaged It was wet in almost every room. Now while this was no problem created by me as a tenant I was then contacted by Allied Management and treated like it was my fault and then was told I had to get out of the home. Now I thought of course I couldn’t stay in there like this, and they needed to fix it, but that is not what he meant he stated the home was inhabitable and I needed to vacate the property ASAP now I’m being told to pack up and leave just like that I have a child and this is our home he goes to school not far away. So to be told to stop your life and rearrange it, look for a new place to live and you are now homeless because of a problem that was created by no one was very heart breaking and very heartless on their part as management why and how anyone could be so rude and un kind is beyond me. They cared nothing about where I was to go. I did not create the problem but yet I and my child were being punished for it, and how was I going to pack up my belongings that quick I lived there for years. One of the managers came out to the home that night and literally stood there with his hands crossed telling me to go and to move like really how in the world did he expect me to magically pack my entire home and find a place to live in a couple hours. I told him the most I could do was try to move everything into the garage at that time but again its only me and a child. I eventually moved everything out in a couple of weeks while going there every day after work with my child and living in hotels with our belonging in my car. it was the most horrible experience ever and to have to share that with a child is just so disturbing. Allied Pacific Management are horrible people a job is a job but to throw someone to the streets for something like this it becomes personal. I’m sure I left a lot out but the overall point is they truly have no empathy or kindness to their tenants be warned.

Funny that all of these excellent reviews are days apart from each other. Allied took our money for credit checks… And that’s it. Before applying I made sure there were no other applicants and I was told there were NO other applicants. Turned in the app THAT DAY, was APPROVED but «it was already rented.» How? I was told there was no other applicant? Took you one day to et back to me yet the place is rented already? Ok, we will look for another one on their site. Found one in Calimesa. Said «will consider pet» our dog is non aggressive breed and very small. Again, phone call saying she doesn’t «think» the owner will want him there. I asked her to maybe send a photo of him and her reply was «I don’t think he will be interested in your application.» REALLY? I didn’t pay you $ 80 to think. Ask! The girl I dealt with was very rude. Any question I asked about the house was «oh I don’t know.» «I’m not sure» my belief was they didn’t take us seriously. I am 26 my husband is 31 and I felt they discriminated against us because we were a young couple with children. We didn’t even get to the point of verifying income before they gave us a no. & our credit etc was fine! Glad I went with another agency. Although the homes were beautiful I could not imagine being locked into a lease with such people. So I’m out $ 80 for nothing. Don’t plan on being approved from these people unless you meet THEIR criteria, not the Fair Housing acts!

We were tenants of Allied Pacific for over 6 years. Anytime we had a problem it was addressed right away. Their customer service was very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend renting a property from them.

Continuing from last weeks review, we sent multiple emails and faxes to allied requesting that our tenants rent checks be paid to us. Again, they said it was in the mail and still we haven’t seen anything. We are pleased to here others are having pleasant experiences with this company but we are having the complete opposite. My wife and I have had to tighten up on our finances recently due to a unforeseen life experience. We are living on a really tight budget and depend highly on the rent from our tenants. Since allied Pacific hasn’t paid us in four months going on five months, we haven’t paid the monthly mortgage. We are currently 90 days past due and are on the verge of losing our home. We are seeking a short sale now to try saving what’s left of our credit or trying to save the house entirely. We have expressed these concerns to allied Pacific and have begged them for our money so we can save our rental property. At this time, they tell us the same song and dance «check is in the mail». We are begging and pleading that allied Pacific to pay us our past due amounts in order for us to save our property and also so that the tenants aren’t forced out by the bank.

I have been using Allied Pacific Property Management to manage our properties for the last five years. Allied has always taken very good care of our properties, rent checks have always been mailed on time, and the staff is very easy to work with. Being the owner of a retail flooring store i have customers who are looking for a company to manage and look after there inverstment, without hesitation we refer Allied everytime. Thank you for eveything you do!

David and his team have managed our rentals for many years with integrity and timeliness. I would highly recommend them to someone looking for a property management company.

Allied Pacific managed my rental home in Redlands for a year and did a good job from start to end. They were always on top of all accounting, paperwork and servicing matters. I worked mainly with Casey and his team, and they were easy to communicate with. They found me a good tenant who got his entire deposit back when he moved out, but unfortunately left the house smelling of cigarette smoke. That is my fault however, for not restricting smoking in the house, but it would have been nice if I was informed of that option early on. Nevertheless, I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again in the future.

I have been working with Allied for just over a year now. Everyone in the office seems very professional and easy to speak with. I enjoy doing business with them. I look forward to many more years of working together.

I’ve been using Allied Pacific for over three years, and have had nothing but a great experience the entire time. They always find the best tenants for my place, are always very responsive to any questions I have, and they provide a statement each month showing what’s going on, so I’m never left wondering. I highly recommend Allied Pacific!

What a great company. They have kept our tenants happy for over 6 years. They mail our checks like clockwork on the 15^th of every month. When a property goes empty, they find reliable tenants. The manner in which service calls are dealt with is prompt and convenient. We also receive helpful monthly and annual statements.

I have been using Allied Pacific Property Management as a duplex owner for the past three years and have nothing but praise for this company. They take care of my property and look out for my investment as an owner. Their statements and service are second to none. I also refer my clients to them for their investment properties and they have had a great experience as well.

I rented a large home they managed, in the IE, for 8 years. While the people in the rental office were polite & helpful. The yard service & repair service & cleaning service were a joke!
When I moved in to the property there was dog hair & urine allover the fireplace/​curtains. I had to remove all the curtains & wash them & wash fireplace bricks too!
The yard service kept breaking my flower pots, sprinkler heads & gate (which I personally paid to have remade). Plus they would adjust my sprinklers weekly to max & my water bills would be huge. It was a constant battle! My yard was not brown, it was not their right.
The repairs were a joke. The acting manager often did them & he literally jerry rigged things… poor quality work!
Finally, I too got charged $ 100 cleaning service… I had to go back to property after they «cleaned»…all they did is remove more glazing from an old, partially glazed tub, that I kept clean (but never looked good cuz it was needing to be glazed!!).
Be prepared to never get your deposit completely back!

I absolutely do NOT recommend this company if you are looking to rent a property in the Inland Empire. Here’s why, over the course of our 2 year rental experience with them:
Repairs: good luck. We had seen everything from immediate response to requests for repairs to no response at all, and everything in between. The lack of response to repairs was directly tied to our refund of security deposit, which I’ll get to later. The contractor they hire to do their repairs has no listing on the internet, so we are unable to check out their information but take it on Allied’s word that they are in good standing to do these repairs. Things such as repairing slot doors which repeatedly become stuck in the walls, repairing a driveway gate which has broken rollers and wood planks coming off, repairing/​removing a fence which has an overgrowth of vegetation completely taking over a portion of the property, and myriad other important repairs were either ignored or delayed to the point of no return once the contractor had showed up to complete the repairs.
Security deposit: we had thoroughly, I mean, THOROUGHLY, had the house cleaned. We hired a steam cleaning company to clean our carpets. We scrubbed the floors and walls down. Yet, they still felt it necessary to hire a cleaning service which cost around $ 100. Not to mention, there was no c leaning of the house WHATSOEVER prior to our move in, as we took over the lease immediately from the previous tenants.
Finally, they made repairs on a window my dog had damaged. I expected this, as this is what the pet deposit is for. However, I made it plain and clear at least 6 months in advance I wanted to work to get this item repaired. but guess what? no response on that, and no importance given to that item until after our lease was terminated. They decided to hire the same contractor, with a spotty record for making repairs on the property, to do this job and provided only an invoice of the ESTIMATE given for ‘repairing the window, painting, and priming’. When I requested an itemized list of the receipt for this job, they failed to do so and refuse to do so.
Read up on your California tenant law with these people. It sounds like they try to nickel and dime just up to the point where it isn’t worth your time and energy to bring in the legal system to call them out.
