Salsa Fresh

I absolutely love this place. I am Mexican, and I was raised with authentic Mexican food. This is authentic Mexican food. I recommend it. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

I love this place, I always ordered to go food because my work is down the road, my food is always ready when I come in, I love that they have a full bar of salsas! The shrimp fajitas is what I always get it and it is always very fresh and good the staff is very nice as well, would recommend to go for Mexican food.

Been here 3 times now and never been disappointed. The veggie burrito is huge and made with lots of fresh veggies. Street tacos are good. Fast frindly service will bring us back

Food is awesome!!! Some of the staff is rude, especially the older lady who works durning the day (I think she is the owner). Hands down best grilled chicken burrito in town. For much better service go after 4

They have the best tacos in town! Never had anything from here thats not good and I’ve been coming here for close to 4 years now. It does take a little bit to get the food out, but that’s only because it’s that fresh.

I love this place! Hands down the best mexican grill in Yuba City. There is no competition when it comes to the taco salad. The enchiladas and quesadilla are great! Excellent service! Oh and the chips are salsa are great too. Did i mention they have outside dinning tables. Overall knockout!

Being Mexican and raised on Mexican food it’s hard to find a good Mexican restaurant to compare to home. But Salsa Fresh hits a bullseye on it. From their tacos, burritos, tortas, seafood and the specialty plates it’s all good. Good service good food.

Food is consistently good and fresh. Unfortunately, the choice of hiring one of the servers is piss poor. She has earned the monicker «Taco B — -» by my friends and family. We ran across her again recently after a prior horrible experience. She was, in my world, half and inappropriately dressed to deal with the public– bra hanging out of a backless top. Beyond that, she should be kept away from dealing with humans – doesn’t have a clue how to be so much as civil. Example: walking away from us at the counter in the middle of our order, mumbling «hold on». We should have left at that point. If that’s the owner’s relative, hire someone with a personality. There are other ladies that are there to serve customers and do a truly wonderful job. ZERO stars for the service because of this clueless individual, FOUR for the food.

The carnitas street tacos are great. But the true test of a Mexican restaurant is their chile rellenos. And Salsa passes with flying colors. A salsa bar makes it better than most.
The only problem i’ve encountered is when they’re really busy, the service slows down.
i eat there at least once a week.

The chicken torta was great. The bread was fresh and soft yet the crust had a slight crispness. Husband had a burrito and was a happy camper. The salsa and topping selection was top notch. Good service and economical menu pricing.

Tacos, nachos and tortilla chip bar — legit! The carne asada tacos are very good and the portion for nachos is amazing. Very friendly staff also!

I’ve ate here many times and tried almost everything on the menu now and every dish here is worth trying. My favorite dish here is the camarones al mojo de ajo which is a garlic shrimp dish, and I would recommend this to any garlic lover. The front staff is always friendly here making it a very welcoming establishment. They have a large screen tv and always have sports games on when there is a game for the sports lovers.

One of the best burritos I have had in a LONG time! Pastor was perfect, and the flavor tasted like someone’s mother had made the recipe. Took a side of rice and added it to breakfast burritos this morning and they went to a whole new level of yumm… Thumbs way up!

Chorizo burrito with potatoes is on point. A little pricey compared to others in the area as well and the meat is a little skimpy at times. However, they are right by the house so that’s a plus.

Friendly service and the food is pretty good too. I like the enchilada style burrito.

This place delivers every time! Freshly cooked, and cooked right! The staff is friendly and all smiles. The tacos and burritos are delicious. The meats I’ve tried so far are el pastor, carne asada and chicken (grilled or shredded) which are all thumbs up! You can’t go wrong! Love this place.

Two Enchilada Burritos, Nachos Supreme and two Sodas $ 30. Plus chips and salsa bar included. Delicious! The guacamole was my favorite. They actually use cilantro and lime!

Found this place via Unilocal,it was just OK.
They have a good salsa bar (see picture), but the food did not overly thrill. We had the tacos and I swear the shells were generic, as in, purchased at the local grocery store.
I also liked how they had a variety of drinks to choose from, some Mexican favorites, see my pictures.
