Round Table Pizza

My family came in the service was excellent but we had a visitor on the wall. Roaches. Looking right at our food. So discusting.
Wont go there anymore.

All Round Tables are not created equal! The management and customer service in Yuba City is horrible. 5 of us came in for lunch. 3 buffets, a pizza and a flatbread were ordered. The flatbread was forgotten. Everyone was done eating and the cashier acknowledged they forgot the flatbread. We asked to have the flatbread comped. The manager, Lizzie sent the cashier To tell us that the manager wanted to speak with us, as if we were going to jump up and run over to her. We asked that she send Lizzie to our table. Lizzie came and refused to comp he order. She actually argued with us that it had not been their mistake. On top of all of that, the soda machine had no ice. To his credit, Dan, who finally delivered the flatbread was gracious and kind and understood our position. He was the most pleasant thing in this horrible experience.

The woman on the phone told me she would honor the Unilocal 15% off coupon when I came in to pick up my over priced pizza. When I got to the register they would not honor it unless it was printed. It has an option to have the coupon texted to your phone. When I showed the manager, he told me they won’t honor the coupon because they are a franchise and they don’t have to honor it??? That doesn’t even make sense.

They don’t honor coupon (15% off pizza) on Unilocal unless printed. You must print something out to show proof.

Round table pizza is consistently good. Can’t go wrong. A little pricey but well worth it.

Good pizza. But the prices are way to expensive, the crew and customer service is great, the store is always clean. Only complaint is the price, that’s it :)

Overall this is my favorite pizza joint in town. They usually do a good job. I’ve had problems with dry pizza in the past but after making it clear «extra sauce» means more sauce, don’t X the sauce then life is good again.

Instead of taking 15 –20 it took 45. We waited there. The pizza was good (Gourmet Veggie). The person that took my order wasn’t helpful when I needed info about the artisan flatbreads.

This is the best round table in town. They are fast usually. Last time I went in there, it was quite packed with people but the food was made fast.

Once we finally got the pizza, it was yummy. However, it took twice as long to get the pizza as we were told on the phone. Also, when I ordered the pizza on the phone the employee said she did not know how to take the order (for flatbread pizza). When we showed up to pick up the pizza we were told it would be another 10 minutes; and then we were told it would be another 5 minutes (adding up to 40 minutes total). Apparently the person who took our order did not know how to make a flatbread pizza but didn’t tell anyone and just didn’t make the pizza??? When the pizza was done an employee apologized but offered no discount. I asked for one and was given an «oops certificate» I can use for a flatbread pizza sometime in the future. I love Round Table pizza and have for years, but I don’t understand the not so great service and lack of product knowledge.

OK I usually don’t come to Round Table because of their high prices but decided to because of a promo I saw on TV. Well, the promo I saw on wasn’t for Round Table so it was a good thing I called ahead to make sure but I did ask about any specials they had. They had a few specials but the one that caught my ear was the garlic Italiano for $ 12.99 Boy was it good it’s true they use fresher ingredients and the crust was very good. The only bad experience was paying at this restaurant and dealing with the teen gossiping while making change for me.
