Worst towing company in human existence, called my insurance and they set me up with this joke of a company. Said they would be to me in an hour and nothing. Called to see what was going on and was told driver couldn’t find my truck and tried calling (no missed calls on my phone). The owner says he will personally be there in 15 minutes to unlock my door. Over an hour later I haven’t seen anybody so I call back and the owner answers and tells me he’s at the doctor and someone will be to me soon. I asked why he would tell me he would be here in 15 minutes if he was at the doctor but no answer, so I told him I was calling my insurance agent about this and he yelled go ahead at me then hung up great customer service.

This «company» is a joke. I called them at 8AM to make an appointment to have my car towed from my house at 4PM. At 4:53PM they still hadn’t showed. When I called to ask where they were the gentleman stated he «didn’t remember» me calling this morning. Thank goodness I didn’t pre-​pay. Don’t waste your money and more importantly your time on unprofessional and unreliable service.
