I have had a long and varied career covering many aspects of real estate. Most relevant experience as relates to sale and leasing of commercial real estate follows:

Senior Analyst for Development Research Associates, a real estate consulting firm (subsidiary of Booz, Allen & Hamilton). I was responsible for market feasibility studies covering many geographical areas of the United States and a wide range of land uses.

For a pension fund investment partnership (DRA Advisors and Landmark Asset Management Group), I managed, leased and conducted studies for the acquisition and sale of office and industrial properties totaling over $ 500 million in value. The properties are located throughout the major urban areas of California.

Currently I am a broker affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial Valley Brokers based in Yuba City, California. My brokerage work covers a wide range of land uses: office, industrial, retail, multi-​family, single family and agriculture
