Jack In the Box

This Jack in the Box is notorious for screwing up your order. I went through the drive through and they made me park even though the restaurant was empty and they forgot my kids dinner. And once I went in to remind them, the manager was ruder than usual and acted as if they had done nothing wrong.

Jack in the boxs have the best Ice Coffee it’s better than Starbucks and it costs less, also I like that you can order breakfast anytime of the day

Lady that took my order was very nice but unfortunately the kitchen doesn’t know how to read… guess plain cheese burger means let’s put as much shit on it as possible so when this lady gets home her husband has nothing to eat but Curley fries

This is the only fast food place where i can mix strawberry fanta with dr pepper. That’s really the only reason I ever come here in the first place.
Also, I noticed it’s checked «yes» for has bike parking. THAT IS A LIE. I don’t understand how a bike rack still doesn’t exist in front of this place.

Excellent welcoming customer service, friendly and patient. Veronica took my order :) I didn’t want a soda for the #2 lunch, but she said it’s fine to get a coffee. They have two sizes on the lunch combos, so I always ask for small. She took my order great and I paid. Gave me my cup and I served myself coffee near the cashier counter. At the soda machine, which was very clean and organized, they have lids, straws, ketchups, taco sauces, S &P, sugar packets, and paper wrapped coffee straws. I was surprised to see the coffee straws wrapped, so that was a new cool thing. At other places it’s usually just a box of skinny red straws.
I dined in and it was about 2pm. They have a very nice dining area, open space with A LOT of seating!!! It was clean area and smelled like a normal fast food restaurant. There were two other customers eating at a table close by, lunch rush had ended but I could hear drive thru was still busy. Next, I heard my name called. Wow, that was fast!!! I was sitting about 5 minutes, picked up my food and the girl asked me nicely if I wanted Ranch. Yes please, just one :)
Now I was really looking forward to my lunch and trying this Buttery Jack. It was tasty and delicious, never had anything this good at fast food before. It had to of been the special sauce and perfect soft bun, I thought the meat was great too. Mine also had bacon, Swiss cheese. I loved the flavors and was already telling myself, I definitely want to try the #1 combo next time! Yes, I’m coming back lol. My curly fries were curly, yaaaay: D. The ketchups and Ranch were great and my coffee was great. I enjoyed my lunch this afternoon. I left satisfied and thankful. Great staff working, can’t wait to do the store receipt survey for them!
This is actually in a great location in the Yuba City mall shopping center. There is a lot of parking plus shady trees. No problems getting in and out to the highway. It’s very close to Lumberjacks.

Service (5 stars) — I’ve been here a few times in the past, but today was a memorable experience. I ordered to go and was there for less than 10 minutes. The cashier was courteous and friendly. Further, there was an error in my order and, without hesitation, the cashier gave me a free compliment when I addressed the error. Another positive note would be that Jack in the Box serves breakfast anytime.
Value (5 stars with coupons) — You get a great deal and savings because I ordered the Ultimate Cheeseburger ($ 4.19 each) for two family members, but I got the other order for free with a coupon. I also had a coupon to get a free 3-​piece Stuffed Jalapeño Poppers ($ 2.19), so I ordered a large Seasoned Curly Fries ($ 2.49) to get that free popper. However, I was charged $ 2.29 for a large French Fries. No fuss! I was about to return the French Fries, but the staff said to keep it and also gave me the large Seasoned Curly Fries for free. Total savings: $ 8.87 (savings with coupons was $ 6.38 plus the $ 2.49 free bonus getting the curly fries because of an error).
Food (3 – 4 stars) — Rated based on my family’s experience. The meat on the Ultimate Cheeseburger was a bit gamy, but it was cooked to order. The French Fries, Seasoned Curly Fries and Jalapeño Poppers were seasoned well and crispy.

Been holding off on reviewing this place. But it seems that anytime I go, whether it’s 11pm, 1am, or even 4am, the people who work the drivethru are extremely friendly. The food is consistent, even if it might take a little longer. But in terms of drive thru quality at god forsaken hours, this Jack in the Box is as good as I’ve seen them.

This place was unreal for a Jack in the Box. Based on the employees physical appearance and their missing dentition, I think most of these people were on crystal meth. The wait after placing the order was ridiculously long, although there were only a few customers there. The food was horrible. The pita bread chicken snack was harder than a 2×4. The chicken sandwich needed a chainsaw to cut through. I normally like Jack in the Box restaurants, but there was something seriously wrong with this one.

This is not the easiest JKNBOX to get in and out of, even if you are at the mall. It is however usually quick in the drive through department.
