Heads Together Salon & Day Spa

I have been getting my hair done by Linda for twelve plus years. I love her salon for more than one reason. It is extremely nice inside and it offers me more than just amazing hair. I get my skin care product and my foundation at Heads Together. I couldn’t/wouldn’t want to live without these products. They are fantastic! When my skin changes they help me figure it out. Linda is extremely knowledgeable about hair color and different trends. When I leave I always love my hair cut and color. If I could I would give this salon ten stars!!!

Vanessa was my hairstylist and she did an amazing job! She helped me pick out a color and it came out fabulous! I definitely will be rebooking with her for when i need my next haircut.

Tiffany (Esthetician) is very professional and makes you feel at ease! Love her! I definitely recommend her to anyone out there who is looking for facial or waxing!

I would rate this place zero stars if I could. I made an appointment via the Unilocal button for today at 4pm. The girls last name was duenas. Well I get there and nobody is there. I showed up 20 minutes early and sat there for 15 minutes past my appointment. I took off of work to do this. Their hours say open but nobody was there and no one answered the phone. Horrible client service. I left two messages. Guess they don’t want business.

I recently cut about 12″ of my hair and was not happy with the results. I found this salon here on Unilocal and decided I would give them a shot at fixing my hair. And boy was I happy that I did! Not only did Linda listen to my needs and concerns but she took her time and was a true professional! The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is extremely relaxing and comfortable. I am definitely going to be making all my future hair appointments with Linda!

Chelsea is an amazing hair stylist and makeup artist! I highly recommend her for any brides looking for a natural look. She offers airbrush makeup which is hard to find in Yuba City.

Kristina Heinberger shares both her love for style and expertise. She is professional and has an awesome work ethic. All of my experiences at Head Together have been pleasant and fun. If you need a hairdresser and an amazing salon to visit. I give this five stars.

So, I have been going to Linda ever since I was a child. She is fun, easy going and very professional. Her Salon is absolutely amazing and so cute. Two weekends ago, I got married. Ever since I was little, my sister and I would talk about this day and how she wanted to do my hair and makeup. Nothing against my sis (as she has always done a great job), but I told her I really wanted Linda to do my hair and have her makeup stylist, Nikki, doll up my facial features. At first my sister was really hurt, but through all the chaos that goes on during a wedding, the morning of the big day, my sister said she was glad that I hired the professionals. She, too, had her hair and makeup done, as well as some of my other bridesmaids. Everyone looked absolutely stunning! I have never looked so good. Linda did a fabulous job on my hair and Nikki did an amazing job with my makeup.
I would recommend any bride or anyone looking to go all out for a night out on the town to schedule with Linda and Nikki. Honestly the whole process was amazing. Linda, told me to step aside and only asked for my bridal party’s contact information, and she would take on the challenge of organizing and relaying all information pertaining to getting ready for the big day… which was super nice, because let’s face it, sometimes trying to get everyone on the same page is like herding cats!!!
On the day of my wedding, I met Nikki for the first time. She asked me what I was looking for, was very nice and easy to talk to. I told her I wanted to look natural (just like her… I loved her own style… timeless). I rarely wear makeup and so I told her I did not want to feel like there were layers upon layers of makeup. I did not want to feel like I was wearing a mask! She not only made me shine, I felt like there was nothing there, even though I watched her apply and apply. I was comfortable in my own skin.
I scheduled a pre-​hair appointment with Linda and she worked very patiently with me to figure out just what I wanted for my big day. After Nikki made me look fabulous, Linda, with game plan in hand, finished the final touches brilliantly. I felt like I stepped out of a wedding magazine. I literally thought «Holy $#&%» I look amazing. My future husband is going to pass out at the alter (thankfully he did not, but he did cry… a bit (in case he ever figures Unilocal out) — YOU WERE A STUD UP THERE, Babe!!!)
Basically, call Linda for hair! Call Nikki for makeup!!! Do it NOW!!!
If I knew how to post a pic of my transformation into a swan, I would, so if you are reading this and want before and after, tell me how and I will try to update this post.

I (my hair) had an awful experience at the last salon I went to 3 weeks ago and my hair was really bad so I Googled «best hair salons in Yuba City» and Head Together was the first one I saw so I called and they had no appts. available so the receptionist? called Vanessa to see if she could take me in and she (Vanessa) called me right back and had me come in a couple hours later. I went in with fried brittle (blondish/​orangish) hair and walked out with amazing hair. She added some different color, got rid of the crappy colors, cut off the brittle straw I was calling hair and gave me a perfect A-​line, & WOW !!! What a complete difference !!! I was nervous about going in to a new (to me) salon in Yuba City after what happened last time I chose Yuba City over Chico but it ended up perfect !!! My hair looks & feels awesome now and I can’t wait to try the United hair products tomorrow that she used on me today !!!

VANESSA D. is AWESOME!!! She did such a great job on my cut and color. I have super thin hair and it can be very challenging to work with, not to mention that the last lady who did my hair completely screwed it up… she was a champ and absolutely made beauty from, well, crap. You’ll be happy with your results.
Well here’s an update… I went back to her for a cut and conditioning and online it said $ 22 and she charged me $ 55. I was a little late for my appointment so I didn’t make a big fuss over it but that really bothers me; enough so I won’t be back. Bummer too because she’s good at what she does.

Very clean establishment, I felt relaxed and welcome! Vanessa cut, washed, and styled my hair beautifully and I will be back! So happy I decided to take a chance and let someone new cut it!

I called the Spa get appointment to get my hair cut and high low.highlights. I was looking for a new salon. I left a message with what I was looking for. After 2 days no call so I tried again (what a mistake) I talked to someone that didn’t know what was going on. I told her what I needed and she said the owner would call me back after she was done with her client. Well it has been 10 days and no call. MUST BE NICE TO NOT NEED NEW CLIENTS. THIS PLACE MIGHT LOOK NICE ON THE OUTSIDE BUT IT IS THE TYPICAL YUBA CITY BUSINESS ATTITUDE. The Yuba City Attitude is that they don’t give a heck about any customer service. Will drive to Lincoln or Sacramento before using Yuba City businesses.

I absolutely adore this place! I have no idea how there is a bad review! Chelsea does my hair and it is perfect every time. All of the staff is friendly and keep conversation with you and always ask if i would like something to drink. I love the feel of this place. rustic but classy. Chelsea helped me go from a very copper red to a beautiful blonde. She is very personal and actually listens to what you want and understands! This is the salon I will continue to go till the day I leave California! Thank you guys at Heads Together Salon & Day Spa for making my experience (s) great!

Really love this salon and all the stylists in it! Stacy Todd is my personal stylist, but everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable. I love the product lines they carry, I am constantly changing my hair color/​cut and always trust it to be done right here. I have very THICK hair and get very nervous switching salons, this one makes me feel right at home. I recommend them to everyone =)

Whoa! I’m absolutely shocked and appalled there is a bad review for this place. Stacy Todd is amazing and has always done exactly what I’ve wanted done to my hair which is a lot because I love to change my color and cut often. I’ve only referred her out for years. I wouldn’t dare go to anyone else! Stacy knows exactly what she’s doing and respects and values all her clients. Everyone who works there is welcoming, friendly, and helpful!

Linda has been my stylist for years! She is amazing! I don’t trust anyone else with my color. The salon is adorable and all the ladies are friendly and welcoming!

I am very particular on how my hair my hair looks and get cut. Chelsea has been cutting my hair there for a while now and I recommend everyone I know to go to her. She’s awesome!!!

Bonnie has been my esthetician for a few sessions now and i have to say everytime I go, my skin gets better and better looking and feeling. She’s helping me get my skin in perfect shape for my wedding and I’m so excited because I see progress. My skin has better texture, better brightness, and overall less acne congestion.
She’s the best!
