My experience was apparently a lot better than the previous reviews. I went in with my best friend and was in there for literally probably an hour trying to get exactly the right things. They have a huge selection of anything and everything you might want. The guy working was a little bit stingy as far as pricing but the owner actually came in and was super helpful and even gave us each a free pipe. Soo I don’t know what these one star reviews are about but we were extremely satisfied with our visit.

BY FAR. the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! the sign says they close at 10, we go in at 9 & he literally says «I’m closing what do you want hurry up» I’ve never ever seen such rude customer service. never again will I shop at this smoke shop.

Larger selection of hookah flavors than other smoke shops in town. I prefer Fumari brand. Comes in a black resealable pouch. People say that the flavor is too moist and hard to get started. Simple solution, set on paper towel and break apart the tobacco. Fold over the paper towel and press lightly to remove some of the moisture. Pack your bowl, put some coals and you have hookah that’ll last up to 2 hours.

Save yourself the stress and avoid this place. There are a lot better places around town than this overpriced place. I’ve gone in there several times just to get some incense and they don’t have the right scents in the correct jars so everything is confused and mixed up. I’ve bought several pipes and they have all easily broken when I still have older pipes that have never broken still. Their water pipes and Hookahs for some reason cost three times what anyone else would charge. And don’t get me started on how the owner gives people piercings without wearing gloves, or how he will try to sell something that is broken and when you notice it is broken before even walking away from the counter he says «no refunds on jewelry». Are you serious? So if you happen to drive by and see the sign and think, «hey, the Dungeon, that sounds like a cool smoke shop,» don’t, just… don’t.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! The people there tell you they do not care about your business and basically tell you to go to h-​e-​double-​hockey-​sticks when you call them out on their terrible service. They sell cheaply made products for crazy high prices. You’d have to be an idiot to enjoy shopping there.

I’m only giving this store 1 star because 0 stars isn’t possible!
Horrible, horrible customer service! I will NEVER EVER return to this store. They’re over priced as well, very over priced!
I purchased a charger for my e-​cig recently, I purchased it from the owner. Within 5 days it was completely stripped and wouldn’t screw in at all. I tried to exchange it, especially because I paid way more than necessary for it. There were two associates working when I went to exchange it and I asked for the owner. They told me he wasn’t there, although I could HEAR him laughing in the back! They refused to exchange the product, even after I made it clear that I would never be returning to the store.
And I really never will. Safe yourself some money and go anywhere else!

The guy that owns this place is the absolute WORST! He will argue with you to death over his over-​priced generic products. I bought a vapor pen from him that literally cracked and broke as soon as I got home and put it together. Tried to take it back, he argued with me for so long about how it was my fault. He got another one, put it together to prove his point and it broke on HIM! He STILL refused to give me a refund. Most of what he has is generic and I would never do business there again. Him and his little unibrow-​sporting employee both suck balls.

Horrible customer service. Over priced on everything. Un-​knowledgeable employees. Just horrible place all around with little selection. Why did I waste my time stoping here!
